Shipping Rates and Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the volumetric weight of the order and the destination country. These costs do not include customs and/ or any local duties that you might incur upon delivery. Unfortunately, since these costs usually vary from country to country, we cannot advise on them.
Shipping Method and Delivery Times
We offer expedited worldwide shipping. All international orders are shipped through DHL Express. Once your order has been confirmed, please allow up to 7 business days for the order to dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the order details and a tracking number to follow your order on its way to you. Delivery times may take up to 14 business days to arrive depending on the destination country. We ask that you allow up to 20 days for your order to arrive during the holidays and sales periods.
For local orders, kindly allow up to 7 business days for your item to be dispatched. Once the order is ready you will be contacted by someone from our team to coordinate a delivery time.
Exchanges and Refunds
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. You can contact us for an exchange or for a refund on store credit. Items should still be in their original packaging and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the case that you receive a damaged item, we ask that you email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for the exchange. We ask that you preserve the item in its original packaging to be returned. Once the item is back with us we will inspect it and contact you for an exchange or for a refund on store credit.
Custom made and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that since all our jewelry is handmade, no two pieces are identical. Each item is unique in it’s own way and that also means that no one else will have the same piece as you! We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen.You may notice some minor differences between the image and your product, which is completely normal with handcrafted items.
