COVID-19 Response
The well-being and safety of our customers and team will always be our priority. Therefore, we have adopted the following measures to help curb the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our operations.
Our production and packing facilities are sanitized and all staff members are required to wear face masks at all times and disinfect their hands regularly. Team members are required to wear gloves and masks while packaging orders to maintain a hygienic environment. The orders are then either collected by DHL Express for international deliveries or delivered via courier service for local orders. We recommend sanitizing the package externally upon receipt to account for its transport from our location to you.
Please note that with the rise of transport restrictions and lockdowns due to COVID-19, we ask that you allow for delays in order confirmation, dispatch and delivery. We are doing our best to accommodate all orders within a timely manner. We appreciate your patience with us during this difficult period.
